Cigombong, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (Lbh) Pengawal Hukum dan Demokrasi (Pendekar) hadir di muka umum dengan tujuan “Membantu masyarakat kurang mampu untuk menjamin hak konstitusi warga negara bagi keadilan dan kesetaraan di muka hukum”.
Visi Misi LBH Pendekar itu disebutkan Hendra Sudrajat, alias Ustad Al Haidar, selaku pendirinya, saat dijumpai di ruang kerjanya, Senin (12/07/2021). “Saya dan rekan – rekan termotivasi mendirikan kantor bantuan hukum ini berawal dari kepedulian kami terhadap kondisi masyarakat, terutama saat mereka terbentur dengan masalah hukum namun disulitkan oleh keadaan ekonomi. Karena selama ini paradigma yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat ketika memerlukan pendampingan hukum maka harus ada uang dimuka. Itu yang harus dirubah”, tegas Ustad Al Haidar.
Bagi masyarakat yang memerlukan bantuan hukum, lanjut dia, dipersilahkan untuk datang ke kantor hukum yang didirikannya pada 09 Maret 2021, di Kampung Pasir Menjul Tonggoh RT 02 RW 02, Desa Pasir Menjul, Kecamatan Cigombong, Bogor, Jawa Barat, untuk berkonsultasi.
“Bagi masyarakat yang memerlukan pendampingan hukum, silahkan datang ke kantor kami. Jangan sungkan, konsultasikan masalahnya dengan kami. Karena kami hadir untuk masyarakat”, katanya.
Haidar menambahkan, selain pendampingan hukum, kantornya juga mengagendakan kegiatan diklat Paralegal untuk umum. “Setiap enam bulan sekali, kami agendakan diklat para legal yang terbuka untuk umum. Seperti yang telah kami laksanakan sebelumnya di Villa Pak Gede Pasir Menjul Kidul yang diikuti oleh 50 orang peserta dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat”, tandasnya. (Egy)
