CITEUREUP, (TB) – Miris!, di tengah gencarnya Pemerintah mengatasi Pandemi Covid-19 dengan menerapkan aturan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) yang mengatur tentang penerapan Protokol Kesehatan ketat serta membatasi pergerakan orang (warga), terutama menghindari terjadinya kerumunan, diduga diabaikan oleh pihak panitia pelaksana pembagian Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Kemensos.
Dugaan pelanggaran protokol kesehatan tersebut nampak jelas pada saat pencairan BST yang berlangsung di Desa Hambalang, Kecamatan Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor, Kamis (29/07).
Antusiasme warga masyarakat yang hendak mencairkan bantuan yang disalurkan oleh pihak PT. Pos Giro tersebut, diduga menjadi penyebab terjadinya kerumunan di lokasi pembagian. Karena Berdasarkan informasi, jumlah Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) yang ada di Desa Hambalang sebanyak 1.700 an dan pencairan kali ini sekaligus untuk dua bulan.
Mirisnya terjadinya kerumunan dan penumpukan manusia itu terkesan adanya pembiaran oleh pelaksana dan tim Satgas di lapangan. Hambali Babinkantibmas yang sempat dimintai keterangannya di lokasi terkait kerumunan warga itu mengatakan, ” Ini lagi kita himbau,” jawabnya singkat.
Terpisah Camat Citeureup Ridwan Said Selaku Ketua Satgas Covid-19 tingkat kecamatan saat di konfirmasi via pesan singkat (WhatsAppnya) mengatakan, bahwa terkait pembagian BST tersebut sudah disarankan agar dilakukan per RW guna menghindari terjadinya kerumunan. ” jumat kemarin sudah saya sampaikan agar pembagian dilakukan per Rw dan tidak adanya kerumunan,” jelas Camat.
“Saya akan cek ke lapangan, nuhun infonya om,” imbuh camat.
Terjadinya kerumunan orang (warga) pada saat pembagian / pencairan Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) di Desa Hambalang tersebut, tentunya sangat disayangkan dan sangat bertentangan dengan aturan dan anjuran Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah. Dimana perpanjangan PPKM level 4 di Pulau Jawa dan Bali telah resmi diperpanjang selama 8 hari, terhitung sejak 26 Juli hingga 2 Agustus 2021.
Untuk diketahui bahwa dalam aturan ppkm level 4 yang diterbitkan pemerintah kabupaten bogor pada 26 Juli 2021 yang berlaku selama 8 hari hingga 02 Agustus 2021 pada point 1a jelas menyatakan agar warga masyarakat menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan secara ketat.
