Adanya Indikasi Korupsi di Proyek Pedestrian Kandang Roda-Sentul, IMM Tuntut Bupati Copot Kadis DPUPR

Cibinong, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhamadiyah (IMM) Bogor, dalam menuntut Bupati Bogor mencopot kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Bogor dari jabatannya maupun mem-blacklist kontraktor nakal terkait proyek pedestarian Kandang Roda-Sentul.

Korlap aksi, Hendi menuturkan, dalam aksi demontrasi oleh belasan anggota IMM Cabang Bogor ini menuntut kadis PUPR yakni Soebiantoro turun dari kursinya, karena dinilai buruk dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap proyek puluhan miliar rupiah milik Pemkab Bogor. Salah satunya, pembangunan pedestarian di jalan Kandang Roda-Sentul yang sudah jelas-jelas adanya temuan Korupsi, Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN) usai inspeksi mendadak (Sidak) yang dilakukan oleh anggota Komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Bogor, beberapa waktu lalu itu.

“DPUPR atau kadisnya itu memiliki peranan penting dalam pengawasan setiap proyek milik Pemkab Bogor. Namun, meski ada peringatan yang sudah beberapa kali dilayangkan kepada pentolan DPUPR itu, tapi terkesan acuh,” kata Hendi, Kamis (19/8/21).

Menurutnya, dalam proses pengerjaan proyek puluhan miliar di pengerjaan pedestarian Kandang Roda-Sentul, diduga adanya indikasi kecurangan dalam spek material di setiap pembangunan yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor nakal tersebut.

“Salah satunya belum adanya uji lab pada pemakaian batu untuk pembangunan jalan dan trotoar dilokasi,” tegasnya.

Adapun, kata Hendi, kaitan dugaan kecurangan atau adanya indikasi korupsi di proyek itu, telah di afirmasi juga oleh anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bogor di Komisi yang membidangi.

Diketahui bersama, komisi III telah melakukan inspeksi mendadak (Sidak) ke lokasi proyek ini. Seharusnya, apabila dalam sidak yang telah dilakukan wakil rakyat itu jika terdapat temuan kecurangan indikasi korupsi yang diduga di lakukan oleh kontraktor selaku pemenang tender ini, semestinya komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Bogor langsung menjadi pembahasan serius saat menggelar Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) di lembaganya tersebut beberapa pekan lalu.

“Tapi saat RDP digelar di gedung kehormatan anggota legislatif belum lama ini, komisi III malah sama sekali tidak membahasnya. Jadinya, seakan-akan kami nilai adanya main mata dengan eksekutif maupun kontraktor nakal tersebut,” bebernya.

Lebih jauh, Hendi memaparkan, atas adanya dugaan temuan-temuan yang berhasil dihimpun oleh IMM Bogor, mendesak kepada Bupati Bogor dan ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bogor untuk segera mem-blacklist kontraktor nakal dan mencopot Kadis PUPR dari jabatannya.

“Kami menuntut Bupati Bogor dan Ketua DPRD segera memanggil dan menindak tegas kedua pihak yang disinyalir adanya dugaan kongkalikong atau main mata dalam proyek yang menelan uang negara mencapai Rp.84 miliar lebih,” paparnya.

Hendi juga mengecam, apabila tuntutan ini tak segera digubris oleh orang nomor satu di Bumi Tegar Beriman itu, dirinya bersama belasan anggota IMM Cabang Bogor Raya, akan kembali melakukan aksi dengan jumlah aksi demonstran yang lebih banyak dari hari ini.

“Kalau memang aksi kita tidak didengar para petinggi Pemkab Bogor ini, kita akan menggelar aksi demonstrasi dengan massa yang lebih banyak serta membuat Mosi Tidak Percaya Kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor maupun DPRD Bumi Tegar Beriman,” kecamnya. (San)
