Bogor, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Pekerjaan pembangunan rehabilitasi gedung Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 06 Bojonggede terkesan asal jadi dan diduga terjadi kecurangan dalam pelaksanaannya.
Konsultan pengawas yang seharusnya bertugas memantau kegiatan pekerjaan tersebut diduga “kongkalikong” dengan pihak penyedia jasa demi keuntungan pribadi.
Dugaan tersebut bukan tanpa dasar, dari pantauan awak media ini di lokasi pembangunan,Kamis (16/09) terlihat pekerjaan yang sangat tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Salah satu pekerja yang dikonfirmasi terkait pekerjaan menjelaskan,
“Saya hanya pegawai pak bekerja sesuai arahan mandor, untuk lebar tiang pondasi dalam gambar panjang kali lebar itu 1,5 meter, namun mandor mengarahkan untuk dasar 1,5 meter sedangkan untuk di atas seperti yang di lihat hanya 1,5m X 1m, bahkan ada yg kurang dari 1meter.” ungkap D (pekerja-red)
Untuk mandor atau pelaksana serta konsultan sendiri kata D tidak hadir di lokasi, kami hanya bekerja, bebernya.
Terpisah Ridho selaku konsultan pengawas ketika di konfirmasi melalui pesan whatsappnya menjelaskan bahwa dirinya tidak hadir di lokasi untuk melakukan tugas pengawasannya karena sedang mengurus orang tuanya yang lagi sakit, “betul kang saya konsultannya, terkait saya tidak ke lokasi dikarenakan saya sedang urus orang tua saya yang sedang sakit, nanti coba saya komunikasikan sama pelaksananya,” jelas Ridho.
Saat ditanyakan lagi terkait bukankah Ridho dulu di CV lain, kenapa sekarang ada di CV.Graha Madya Teknika, dengan gamblang Ridho menjawab, “ya kang itu pakai bendera saja,” tukasnya.
Menjadi pertanyaan apakah hal tersebut dibenarkan secara aturan.?
Untuk diketahui pekerjaan tersebut menelan anggaran hampir Rp500 juta, yang bersumber dari APBD Kabupaten Bogor Tahun 2021, dengan Pelaksana CV.Bilal Prima Jaya, dengan konsultan pengawas dari CV.GRAHA Madya Teknika.
