DLH Gelar Operasi Bersih, Angkut Tumpukan Sampah Liar di Pinggir Kali Baru Timur

Sukaraja, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Bogor, Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah melakukan giat Operasi Bersih (Opsih) di wilayah Desa Cijujung, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kamis (23/09).

Sebanyak 100 personil dan 5 armada terdiri dari 3 Compactor dan 2 Unit Dumtruck dikerahkan DLH untuk mengangkut puluhan kubik sampah yang menumpuk di pinggir kali baru timur tepatnya di lingkungan RT 03 RW 03 Desa Cijujung.

Kepala Seksie (Kasie) Pengolahan Sampah dinas lingkungan hidup, Syihabudin Acep Syahrudin saat di konfirmasi mengatakan jika kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan dalam rangka operasi bersih yang rutin dilakukan oleh Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah DLH.

” Kegiatan operasi bersih ini dalam rangka pembersihan lingkungan khususnya di pinggir kali agar terciptanya lingkungan yang bersih dan indah,” jelas Asep di lokasi.

Kata Asep lagi, “tujuan penanganan sampah di pinggir kali baru timur ini tentunya agar kali tersebut tidak tercemar dari sampah yang tercecer hanyut ke kali,” sambungnya.

Giat rutin ini insiatif dari dinas dalam rangka terus menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan bersih serta untuk menjaga lingkungan terutama sungai yang bersih dari sampah dari hulu hingga ke hilir.

“Banyaknya tumpukan sampah yang sudah memenuhi bibir sungai cukup menyulitkan petugas di lapangan dalam mengangkut sampah menuju truk,” tutur Asep.

” Kedepan untuk mengatasi sampah liar di pinggiran kali khususnya di wilayah ini, kami DLH akan berupaya untuk membuatkan Tempat Penampungan Sementara (TPS). Ya walaupun belum bisa permanen, kita akan usahakan pembuatan turap dari bambu yang berfungsi untuk menahan sampah tidak tercebur ke sungai,” ujarnya.

Permasalahan penanganan sampah di Kabupaten Bogor ini memang menjadi persoalan klasik yang hingga saat ini belum sepenuhnya teratasi. Dibutuhkan koordinasi dari lintas sektor dalam penanganannya, terutama menimbulkan kesadaran warga masyarakat agar tidak membuang sampah sembarangan serta kebiasaan memilah dan memisahkan sampahnya sendiri.

“Maka dari itu kami selain terus bekerja meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dalam pengelolaan dan penanganan sampah, kami juga terus menghimbau kepada warga masyarakat agar tidak membuang sampahnya secara sembarangan, memilah sampahnya dari yang organik dan non organik, serta membiasakan hidup bersih demi terciptanya lingkungan yang sehat, indah dan nyaman,” beber Fadly Kepala Bidang Pengelolaan Sampah DLH Kabupaten Bogor.
