Rp. 222 Juta Anggaran Belanja Mebel Bakesbangpol Patut Dipertanyakan

Bogor, (BERITASATOE.COM)  – Terdapat dua mata anggaran dengan metode pengadaan langsung yang patut dipertanyakan pada Satuan kerja (Satker) Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Bakesbangpol) Kabupaten Bogor.

Dua mata anggaran belanja tersebut untuk pengadaan mebel, pertama, dengan pagu Rp105.391.960,00; dan Rp116.680.060,00,- yang bersumber dari APDB TA 2021.

Mimin Susanti, Staff umum salah satu bidang di badan tersebut menuturkan jika angggaran tersebut untuk belanja mebel, ” itu kita belanja mebel dan unitnya sudah ada di ruangan Pak Kaban dan Pak Sekban kursi sofa,” jelas Mimin.

“Speknya ada kursi kayu. Jadi kalau itu di brekdown (dibongkar) itu ada tulisan ada belanja mebel sofa dan belanja kursi kayu. Karena dilihat dari Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (LPSE) secara umum, ” kata dia kepada wartawan di Cibinong, Selasa (28/9).

Lanjut Mimin, tetapi kalau di Dokumen Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA) ada breakdown nya. Ketika ditanya kenapa ada dua pos mata anggaran itu karena satunya untuk pentri satu lagi untuk taman kebangsaan. Saya waktu itu tergantung pada kasubag program, jadi saya datang karena saya pejabat baru dan saya hanya menjalankan program yang sudah ada, saya hanya melanjutkan.

Saya pejabat baru disini belum setahun dan banyak yang dibelanjakan. Ada yang di dapur dan ada juga didepan dapur.

Memang waktu itu keinginan Pak Kaban itu kan, kita banyak tamu sedangkan kantornya kecil sehingga bagaimana caranya kalau kita terima tamu sebagian ada diluar apalagi waktu pandemi Covid-19,” kata dia.

“Jadi akhirnya dibentuklah kaya payung-payung seperti itu untuk menerima tamu. Tamu kita ada dari wartawan, LSM, Ormas kalau kita masukkan kesini semua kan kecil akhirnya seperti itu,” sebut Mimin.

Ia menjelaskan kita tergantung SHT. Jadi kalau Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD) semuanya berdasarkan ada pada SHT, misalnya kita pingin sofa klik langsung tahu harganya sekian, kursi kayu harga sekian, kursi rapat klik langsung harganya muncul dari sana.” kata dia. (San/tim)
