Bogor, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Bulan Desember ini masih dalam suasana perayaan Hari Anti Korupsi Sedunia (Hakordia), momentum ini juga seharusnnya jadi ajang pembenahan bagi Aparat Penegak Hukum terkait pemberantasan korupsi khususnya Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). Agar Hakordia tidak sebatas perayaan semata tapi tindakan nyata.
Menjelang akhir 2021 semangat pemberantasan korupsi terasa hampir padam, KPK Contohnya saat ini kurang greget bahkan berpuas diri dengan kasus-kasus kecil yang terjadi di daerah. Ditambah dengan jumlah OTT yang baru 7 kali di tahun 2021, sama buruknya dengan jumlah OTT di tahun 2020 yang hanya 7 kali.
Dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya sebelum era Firli Bahuri kinerja KPK sangat buruk, untuk OTT di tahun 2019 bisa sampai 21 bahkan di tahun 2018 mencapai 30. Terkait tangkapan juga KPK di era sebelum Firli sanggup menjerat nama-nama besar bahkan sekelas Ketua Umum Partai Politik, misalnya 15 Maret 2019 KPK saat itu melakukan OTT dan tangkapannya bukan ecek-ecek tapi sekelas Romahurmuziy atau Romi dicokok saat menjabat Ketum Parpol.
Sebelum Romi, Setya Novanto saat itu sebagai Ketum Parpol juga dicokok KPK dan divonis April 2018. Mirisnya setelah KPK dipimpin Firli Bahuri sejak 2020, jumlah OTT dan target tangkapan sangat mengkhawatirkan. OTT di 2021 hanya tercapai di satu digit serta tangkapan hanya sekelas pejabat daerah seperti DPRD, Kepala Dinas, Bupati, paling banter Gubernur itupun hanya satu.
Oleh karena itu, kinerja KPK yang masih buruk sebaiknya membuka kasus-kasus lama yang melibatkan nama besar yang belum tuntas. Sebagai contoh, kasus kardus durian di mana nama Muhaimin Iskandar disebut-sebut.
Selain kasus kardus durian, nama Muhaimin Iskandar juga disebut-sebut dalam kasus suap pembahasan anggaran optimalisasi di Direktorat Jenderal Pembinaan Pembangunan Kawasan Transmigrasi pada Kemenakertrans 2014 yang saat ini bernama Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan. Serta nama Muhaimin Iskandar juga disebut-sebut dalam kasus korupsi proyek pembangunan jalan yang digarap Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) tahun 2016.
Center for Budget Analysis (CBA) meminta KPK untuk kembali ke marwahnya dalam memberantas korupsi. Salah satu langkah real dengan memanggil dan memeriksa Muhaimin Iskandar terkait kasus-kasus yang menyeret namanya.(***)
