Kadis DLH Panggil Perusahaan Pembuang Limbah Ke Setu Citongtut

Gunung Putri, (BERITASATAOE.COM) – Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Bogor, Ade Yana Mulyana gerak cepat (Gercep), sebut nama perusahaan yang diduga membuang limbahnya ke Setu Citongtut.

Di hari ke dua menjabat, Ade Yana sapaan akrabnya itu mengunjungi Setu Citongtut yang berlokasi di Desa Cicadas, Kecamatan Gunung Putri, Kabupaten Bogor, dan temukan bukti baru, pada Jum’at (28/01/22).

Menurut Ade Yana, kunjungannya ke Setu ini untuk melaksanakan instruksi Bupati yang menugaskan dirinya untuk segera menyelesaikan permasalahan setu Citongtut ini dan ingin melihat langsung kondisi di lapangan.

Dia menambahkan, hasil dari kunjungannya ke Setu Citongtut, akan dipadukan dengan hasil laboratorium yang masih belum keluar.

“Hanya saja saya baru dapat informasi dari seksi PPLH terkait adanya buih putih yang diduga itu dari PT. HAENG NAM,” ucapnya.

Berdasarkan hal itu, Ade Yana akan memanggil PT. Haeng Nam untuk memberikan peringatan.

“Kemudian langkah selanjutnya disesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang ada, karena setu ini kan kewenangannya di Provinsi, kemudian berkaitan dengan perusahaan, apakah itu PMA atau PMBN, semisal PMA itu penindakan pelanggarannya ada di Kementerian, kita hanya sebagai pelapor,” paparnya.

Dalam waktu dekat, lanjut Ade Yana, sebagai Kepala DLH ia akan mengadakan rapat dengan staffnya untuk rapat koordinasi yang direncanakan akan di pimpin langsung oleh Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Bogor.

“Kita juga akan undang instansi terkait seperti PUPR, Kecamatan hingga Pemerintah Desa, karena ini bukan hanya tanggung jawab DLH tapi tanggung jawab kita semua, terutama Pemerintah wilayah seperti Kades dan Camat yang menjadi kepanjangan tangan Bupati dalam rangka deteksi dini ada di wilayah,” lanjut mantan Kadishub Kabupaten Bogor ini.

Adapun langkah setelah diadakannya rapat koordinasi antar instansi, Ade Yana menegaskan akan memanggil 25 perusahaan yang terindikasi membuang limbahnya ke setu Citongtut.

“Kita akan lakukan penekanan kepada mereka untuk melakukan pemulihan atas apa yang dilakukan,” pungkasnya. (Brosan)
