Kota Bogor, (BS) – Pemerintah Kota Bogor memperingati Isra Miraj Nabi Muhammad SAW di Masjid At-Taqwa Balaikota Bogor, Rabu (2/3/2022). Wali Kota Bogor Bima Arya menyebut, perjalanan Isra Miraj sarat dengan filosofi kepemimpinan karena Rasulullah adalah teladan terbaik bagi umat.
Dalam peringatan tersebut hadir Ustadz Hilman Fauzi sebagai penceramah, Ketua MUI Kota Bogor KH TB Muhidin hingga para kepala OPD di lingkungan Pemkot Bogor.
Menurut Bima Arya, sejatinya ada 3 filosofi kepemimpinan yang bisa kita jadikan pedoman dari fenomena Isra Miraj. Yang pertama adalah filosofi penyucian hati. “Bagi kita ASN filosofi penyucian hati ini paling utama. Menjalankan tugas kalau tidak ada kepentingan Insya Allah barokah. Tapi kalau menjalankan tugas hatinya sudah tidak bersih, ada kepentingan, ya Insya Allah tidak akan pernah barokah,” ungkap Bima Arya.
“Saya selalu titip kepada para Lurah, Camat, Dinas utamakan kepentingan yang lebih besar. Kalau sudah disetir oleh kepentingan maka kita tidak bisa berteriak keras terhadap kemudaratan. Akan disetir kita ketika hati tidak bersih,” tambahnya.
Yang kedua, lanjut Bima, adalah spirit keteladanan. Di mana ketika Rasulullah SAW kehausan dan meminta minum, Malaikat Jibril memberinya dua wadah berisi susu dan khamr (minuman yang memabukkan atau miras).
“Rasulullah di Baitul Maqdis ditawarkan dua wadah berisi susu dan khamr. Beliau memilih susu. Ini juga keteladanan. Misalnya Satpol PP jangan galak ke pelanggar tertentu saja, Disperindag jangan hanya menindak usaha kecil saja, tetapi masuk angin oleh pengusaha besar. Harus satu antara kata dan perbuatan. Jadi kalau kita meminta yang lain bersih dan taat, kita juga harus lebih bersih dan taat. Ini dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah dalam Isra Miraj,” ujar Bima.
Terakhir, Bima menyebut filosofi kepemimpinan lainnya adalah keadilan. Semula Allah SWT memerintahkan sholat sebanyak 50 waktu dalam sehari semalam. Kemudian Nabi Muhammad SAW meminta keringanan hingga akhirnya menjadi 5 waktu.
“Bagaimana Rasulullah bernegosiasi agar umatnya mendapatkan keadilan ketika mendapatkan perintah sholat. Bayangkan kalau Rasulullah tidak bernegosiasi meminta keringanan, hari ini seperti apa kita harus menjalankan perintah sholat. Jadi, ada spirit keadilan,” kata Bima.
“Tiga hal itu Insya Allah kita niatkan untuk kita kuatkan baik untuk semua maupun untuk saya sendiri diujung masa jabatan saya yang kurang dari dua tahun ini sampai Desember 2023. Mudah-mudahan spirit kita sama, menyucikan hati, memberikan keteladanan dan memberikan keadilan bagi semua,” pungkasnya. (San)
