Dukun Cabul di Gunungsindur Setubuhi Pasiennya dengan Dalih Usir Jin

BOGOR, (BS) – Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Bogor menangkap MI alias Iwan, seorang petugas sekuriti perumahan di BSD Tangerang Selatan, karena mencabuli pasiennya dengan dalih untuk mengusir jin.

Adapun untuk dugaan perbuatan pidana yang dilakukan oleh tersangka MI alias Iwan (dukun cabul-red) tersebut, tersangka bisa dijerat dengan Pasal 4 huruf B dan Pasal 6 huruf C Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2022, kata Kapolres Bogor AKBP Iman Imanuddin di Mapolres Bogor, Senin (6/6/2022).

“Ini undang-undang yang baru diresmikan, yaitu Undang-Undang tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual atau UU PKS, ancaman pidana terhadap tersangka atas kedua pasal tersebut, yaitu 12 tahun penjara,” Iman menambahkan.

Iman menyebut penerapan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual (PKS) ini sekaligus peringatan agar tidak ada lagi pelaku kekerasan seksual.

“Kita gunakan UU PKS yang baru disahkan itu. UU ini warning bagi para pelaku kekerasan seksual,” kata Iman.

Tersangka Iwan (35) ditangkap polisi setelah wanita berinisial SR (32) melapor ke Polres Bogor pada 31 Mei lalu. Kepada polisi SR mengaku telah disetubuhi oleh Iwan dengan dalih pengobatan.

“Berawal dari tersangka yang mengaku sebagai paranormal yang ingin memberi bantuan pengobatan kepada seorang korban. Kemudian bersama-sama korban menuju rumah korban dan di sana diperlakukan persetubuhan antara korban dan tersangka,” kata Iman di Mapolres Bogor.

“Pelaku sudah 15 tahun jadi tabib, paranormal. Untuk korbannya baru 3 saja ini. Korban sudah dewasa, sudah bersuami,” kata Iman.

Aksi bejat Iwan dilakukan di kediaman korban di Gunungsindur, Kabupaten Bogor, pada Selasa (24/5) lalu. Saat itu, pelaku berdalih bahwa tubuh korban dirasuki jin dan kediamannya dipenuhi hantu sehingga harus dilakukan ritual persetubuhan sebagai pengobatan.

“Dimana korban diberitahukan sering kesurupan, kemudian disebut pelaku ada hal yang gaib di rumah korban. Tipu dayanya adalah menyebutkan bahwa rumah tersebut banyak hantunya. Lalu kemudian terjadilah persetubuhan antara si korban dengan si tersangka,” terang Iman.
