CIBINONG, (BS) – Koperasi Wartawan Karya Mandiri (WKM) PWI Kabupaten, gelar rapat anggota tahunan (RAT) untuk pertama kalinya, yang diselenggarakan di Gedung Serbaguna 1, Setda Kabupaten Bogor, Kamis (16/6/22).
Ketua Koperasi WKM PWI Kabupaten Bogor, Effendi Tobing dalam sambutannya menyatakan rasa syukurnya atas berlangsungnya RAT tersebut.
” RAT ini merupakan RAT perdana sejak didirikannya Koperasi WKM PWI Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2009. Dan merupakan kebanggaan tersendiri bagi kami pengurus bisa melaksanakannya terlepas dari segala kekurangan yang ada,” ungkap Tobing.
Ia melanjutkan, ” Sejak saya menjabat sebagai ketua Koperasi WKM periode 2020-2025, sejauh ini kami pengurus telah melakukan segala upaya untuk mencari peluang bisnis demi pemasukan maupun mensejahterakan pengurus Koperasi WKM ini,” tuturnya.
Bisnis yang telah dilakukan koperasi yang ia pimpinan, diantaranya kebun percontohan berlokasi dibelakang gedung sekretariat PWI Gedung Pusda’i yang bekerjasama dengan Himpunan Tani Citeureup (Hitaci), serta PT. Prayoga Pertambangan dan Energi (PPE) milik Badan Usaha Milik Pemkab Bogor untuk lahan parkir di lokasi lahan samping Kantor BPJS Perwakilan Cibinong.
“Selama 2 tahun saya menjabat pada tanggal 24 Juni 2020, meski belum menguntungkan untuk mensejahterakan anggota dan pengurus koperasi WKM, tapi saya cukup mengapresiasi atas apa yang telah dicapai pada saat ini, sampai menggelar RAT pertama bagi Koperasi ini maupun sejumlah peluang usaha yang telah ditempuh,” tuturnya.
Pria yang akrab disapa Tobing itu juga tak lupa mengajak, bagi seluruh anggota PWI Kabupaten Bogor yang juga menjadi bagian dari pengurus maupun anggota Koperasi WKM merasa akan sangat senang bila seluruh pihak dapat saling mendukung demi kemajuan Koperasi ini.
“Mari kita semua bekerjasama, bila ada masukan atau kritikan apapun terhadap saya, secara pribadi saya akan sangat senang menerima karena saya senang bila dikritik. Tak lupa juga kata sambutan terakhir saya, “Saya Akan Terbuka Kepada Siapa Saya Sehati, Saya Akan Berjalan Kepada Orang Yang Sejalan dengan Saya, Karena Niatan Saya Tulus Demi Memajukan Kesejahteraan Anggota Koperasi PWI Warta Karya Mandiri”, terima kasih,” tegas Tobing.
Sementara, yang mewakili Kepala Koperasi dan UMKM Kabupaten Bogor, yakni Kepala Seksi Kelembagaan, Suhandi menyampaikan, rasa apresiasinya karena pengurusan Koperasi WKM di periode ini telah bisa melaksanakan RAT Koperasi WKM PWI Kabupaten Bogor untuk pertama kalinya.
Menurut dia, di dalam melaksanakan rapat anggota tahunan koperasi itu bertujuan untuk memberi pertanggung jawaban terhadap pengurus serta mempersiapkan program kerja.
“Itu lah inti dari pada rapat anggota tahunan tersebut, karena kalau koperasi tidak melaksanakan RAT seperti ini berarti apa yang dipertanggung jawabkan dan apa yang mau dikerjakan. Kalau tidak ada RAT ini, berarti nggak jelas program kerjanya kalau begitu,” bebernya.
Suhandi juga mengimbau, meski RAT Koperasi WKM baru pertama kali diadakan rapat anggota tahunan ini, semoga bukan juga untuk yang terakhir kalinya.
“Tetapi saya harapkan rapat anggota tahunan yang akan datang di tahun-tahun berikutnya dapat terus dilaksanakan sebagai mestinya,” ucapnya.
Masih ditempat sama, Ketua PWI Kabupaten Bogor, H. Subagiyo mengaku, mengapresiasi setinggi-tingginya atas digelar RAT Koperasi WKM untuk pertama kalinya.
“Sehingga pertanggung jawaban dan rencana program kerja jadi jelas bila diselenggarakannya rapat anggota tahunan Koperasi Wartawan Karya Mandiri ini. Semoga sukses dan tujuannya dapat tercapai,”ujarnya.
