BOGOR, (BS) – Jawa Barat memiliki berbagai macam jenis kesenian budaya tradisional. Salah satunya budaya tradisional Pencak Silat Parebut Seeng yang diklaim sebagai kebudayaan asli Desa Tangkil, Kecamatan Caringin, Bogor.

Budaya Pencak Silat Parebut Seeng ini bukan hanya diklaim sebagai budaya asli Desa Tangkil. Namun, sejumlah daerah lain khususnya di wilayah Jawa Barat pun mengklaim hal yang sama.

Namun demikian, hal itu membuktikan bahwa masyarakat Jawa Barat sangat mencintai budaya asli daerahnya ditengah ekspansi budaya asing yang saat ini makin gencar masuk ke Tanah Air melalui berbagai media.

“Untuk melestarikan budaya Pencak Silat Parebut Seeng, dalam momen kegiatan tertentu selalu kami tampilkan. Seperti saat penyambutan Tim Verifikasi Lomba Gapoktan Tingkat Provinsi di Gapoktan Tani Maju Kampung Sinapew Desa tangkil beberapa waktu lalu. Pada kesempatan itu juga dihadiri Kadis Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kabupaten Bogor”, jelas Kades Tangkil Acep Awaludin, Jum’at (17/06/2022).

Dalam aksinya dalam kegiatan itu, para pendekar muda asal Padepokan Pencak Silat Desa tangkil itu saling baku hantam dengan mengeluarkan jurus-jurus andalannya, untuk memperebutkan seeng (Dandang – red).

Budaya Parebut Seeng juga kerap ditampilkan dalam acara-acara pernikahan, saat menyambut kedatangan rombongan pengantin pria ke kediaman calon pengantin wanita. Semoga Budaya Asli Tradisional Nusantara Akan tetap.lestari dan tidak tergerus budaya asing.
