Bentuk Satgas PMK, Plt Bupati Minta Semua Bergerak Tangani PMK

CIBINONG, (BS) – Cegah penyebaran Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku (PMK) pada hewan ternak di Kabupaten Bogor,  Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bogor akan membentuk Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Penanganan Penyakit Kuku dan Mulut Tingkat Kabupaten Bogor dan memaksimalkan tujuh Posko Satgas PMK yang tersebar di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor.

Hal itu diungkapkan Plt. Bupati Bogor, Iwan Setiawan saat memimpin Rapat Pembahasan Perkembangan Terkini Penanganan Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku Pada Hewan Ternak di Kabupaten Bogor, yang berlangsung di Ruang Rapat I Setda, Senin (20/6/22).
Berdasarkan hasil rapat, beberapa upaya penanganan penyakit PMK pada hewan ternak di Kabupaten Bogor yakni, pembentukan Satgas PMK tingkat Kabupaten Bogor, optimalisasi fungsi tujuh Posko penanganan PMK yang terdiri dari, Posko 1 di Cibinong, Bojonggede, Kemang, Ciseeng, Parung, Gunungsindur.
Posko 2 Babakan Madang, Citeureup, Sukaraja, Megamendung, Ciawi, Cisarua.  Posko 3 Jonggol, Cariu, Tanjungsari, Sukamakmur, Klapanunggal, Cileungsi. Posko 4 Ciomas, Dramaga, Tamansari, Cijeruk, Cigombong, Caringin. Posko 5 Pamijahan, Cibungbulang, Rancabungur, Ciampea, Tenjolaya, Leuwiliang, Leuwisadeng. Posko 6 Cigudeg, Rumpin, Parung Panjang, Tenjo, Jasinga, Sukajaya, Nanggung, serta Posko 7 ada di Diskanak.
Sebelumnya kita sudah membentuk Satgas PMK tapi baru tingkat dinas, karena kejadiannya sudah luar biasa, maka Satgas PMK ini akan kami bentuk berskala besar lintas sektoral menjadi Satgas PMK tingkat Kabupaten Bogor, pembina dan penanggungjawabnya saya, lalu ada Sekda dan penanggungjawab hariannya dari Diskanak.
“Ini kita lakukan agar semua bergerak cepat menangani PMK ini,” ungkap Plt. Bupati Bogor.
Iwan Setiawan menegaskan bahwa dirinya juga akan mendorong bantuan operasional Satgas PMK Kabupaten Bogor melalui permohonan Bantuan Biaya Tak Terduga (BTT). Juga bantuan untuk obat seperti vitamin, antibiotik dan obat radang yang akan diberikan kepada seluruh peternak yang terdampak.
“Untuk dukungan bantuan biaya operasionalnya sudah kami minta ke BPKAD, serta permohonan BTT yang akan dikucurkan mungkin minggu depan untuk bantuan obat bagi seluruh peternak yang terdampak. Kita juga sudah ajukan 5 ribu vaksin dari jerman untuk peternak,” jelasnya.
Plt. Bupati Bogor juga meminta agar tujuh Posko Satgas PMK lebih dimaksimalkan fungsinya terlebih menjelang Hari Raya Idul Adha ini. “Kita sudah buat kebijakan di H-10 Idul Adha semua Satgas yang ada di tujuh Posko penanganan PMK dimasifkan untuk memeriksa kondisi hewan ke seluruh peternakan yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor,” pinta Iwan Setiawan.
Selain, itu Iwan Setiawan juga menghimbau agar masyarakat tidak takut untuk mengkonsumsi daging dan susu sapi, sebab Penyakit Mulut dan Kuku ini tidak menular kepada manusia. “Jangan takut, penyakit ini aman tidak menularkan ke manusia,” imbuhnya.
Selanjutnya, Kepala Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Bogor, Otje Subagja menambahkan bahwa untuk memperkuat tim penanganan kasus PMK, Satgas PMK kini ditingkatkan dari Satgas PMK Dinas menjadi Satgas Penanganan PMK Kabupaten Bogor. Selain itu pihaknya juga telah melakukan kerjasama dengan IPB terkait bantuan pengobatan bagi hewan yang terpapar PMK, edukasi, dan healing psikis peternak, serta bantuan pengecekan hewan-hewan ternak jelang Hari Raya Idul Adha.
“Kita butuh kerjasama yang baik dan terpadu dalam proses mengatasi dan penanganan  penyakit PMK di Kabupaten Bogor ini. Kami juga ajak semua masyarakat untuk peran aktif dalam penanganan PMK ini,” tandasnya.
