Pengadaan Dua Unit Ambulan di RSUD Pesawaran, Patut Dipertanyakan?

Diduga ada Mark-up Anggaran

PESAWARAN, (BS) – Anggaran belanja pengadaan dua unit kendaraan mobil Ambulan Senilai Rp1,2 milyar di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Pesawaran patut dipertanyakan.

Pasalnya pembelian dua unit ambulan yang dananya bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (APBDP) Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran tahun 2021 diduga kuat ada indikasi mark-up nya.

Diketahui Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran sekitar bulan Oktober 2021 lalu mengalokasikan Anggaran pengadaan mobil Ambulan merek Toyota Innova 2.0 G sebanyak Dua (2) Unit dengan pagu anggaran per unit senilai Rp.600 Juta Rupiah .

Namun berdasarkan penelusuran awak media yang dilansir dari situs karoseriakindo.com, mobil ambulan dengan tipe Toyota Innova 2.0 G tersebut harganya  berkisar di angka Rp.400 juta an saja per unit berikut dengan Karoserinya.

Kepala Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Pesawaran, melalui Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha (Kasubag Tu) nya Yolanda saat di konfirmasi, membenarkan bahwa RSUD Pesawaran telah menerima dua unit mobil ambulan tersebut di tahun 2021.

” Kalau untuk mobil ambulan pada saat ini memang sudah ada, ambulance tahun anggaran 2021 sebanyak dua Unit pada saat ini sudah kami pergunakan untuk pelayanan rujukan di RSUD Pesawaran sejak akhir tahun 2021 dan untuk pagu anggaran saya tidak paham,” Kata Yolanda, Selasa (21/6).

Ditempat yang sama, Edo selaku Bendahara barang juga turut menjelaskan terkait spesifikasi mobil ambulance tersebut.

” Kelengkapan di dalam mobil ambulan tersebut yaitu, pasien Monitor 1 Unit, suction pump, flowmeter,Troli, 2 Tabung Oksigen, Inventer dan lampu diatas mobil (Rotator), ” singkat Edo.

Terpisah Bidang Sarana dan prasarana pad Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesawaran yang diwakili Tafsir saat dikonfirmasi terkait perihal tersebut menjelaskan.

” Kalau APBD Perubahan di Dinas Kesehatan tidak ada untuk ambulan, Kalau ambulan untuk Rumah sakit itu anggarannya ada di rumah Sakit Pesawaran, tidak ada di dinas Kesehatan. Ya saya gak tahu apakah ini perubahan atau Dana DAK, yang jelas ini ada di rumah sakit Pesawaran.” Ucap Tafsir.

Sampai berita ini diturunkan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan maupun Direktur Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pesawaran belum bisa dimintai keterangan.
