Ini Kronologis Kejadian MA (18) Pelaku Pencabulan Anak dibawah Umur

Pelaku Mengaku Cabuli Korban Hingga 3 Kali

Tersangka inisial MA (18) berdomisili di Kampung Negeri Baru Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk Kabupaten Way Kanan.

Kapolres Way Kanan AKBP Teddy Rachesna melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Andre Try Putra  menjelaskan kronologis kejadian pada Jum’at, 17 Juni 2022 pukul 13:30 WIB, korban an. Dara bukan sebenarnya warga Blambangan Umpu diajak keluar main oleh MA.

Korban dijemput oleh TSK MA didepan gang perumahan di Kelurahan Blambangan Umpu, menuju ke arah Simpang Empat di Kampung Negeri Baru Kecamatan Umpu Semenguk Kabupaten Way Kanan dengan menggunakan R2 merk yamaha mio.

Setelah sampai di warung milik orang tua TSK, korban berbincang-bincang dahulu didepan warung beberapa waktu kemudian, korban diajak oleh MA masuk kedalam warung dan sempat menonton televisi sebentar.

Seketika korban ditarik tangan sebelah kanannya diajak masuk kedalam kamar warung tersebut dan disitulah pelaku melakukan perbuatan cabul terhadap dara (15) sebanyak 3 kali.

Setelah itu sekitar pukul 19:30 WIB korban diantar pulang oleh MA kerumahnya dan sampai dirumah sekira pukul 20.00 Wib.

Atas kejadian tersebut korban mengalami trauma dan merasa ketakutan dan mendengar hal tersebut, orang tua korban tidak terima dan melaporkan kejadian ke Polres Way Kanan.

Kronologis penangkapan TSK terjadi pada hari Rabu, 22-06-2022 pukul 15:00 WIB unit PPA Satreskrim Polres Way Kanan berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap tersangka di Kampung Karang Umpu Kecamatan Blambangan Umpu Kabupaten Way Kanan, saat dilakukan penangkapan tersangka tidak melakukan perlawanan.

Selanjutnya pelaku dibawa ke Polres Way Kanan guna dilakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut ,” Jelas Kasat Reskrim.

Akibat perbuatannya, pelaku dapat dikenakan pasal 81 Ayat (1) dan ayat (2) atau pasal 82 Ayat (1) UURI Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang perlindungan anak, dengan ancaman maksimal 15 tahun penjara,” Ujar Kasat Reskrim
