BOGOR, (BS) – Pelaksana tugas (Plt) Bupati Bogor Iwan Setiawan bersama Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Agus Ridho melakukan peluncuran perdana Bukti Lulus Uji elektronik (BLU’e) Kendaraan Bermotor yang sudah menggunakan Smart Card berteknologi Radio Frequensy Identification (RFID), Senin 18 Juli 2022.
“Peluncuran BLU’e dengan teknologi RFID ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan memaksimalkan pelayanan dalam uji kelayakan kendaraan bermotor khususnya yang berplat kuning,” jelas Kadishub Agus Ridho.
“Untuk wilayah Jawa Barat, Kabupaten Bogor menjadi yang pertama yang menerapkan teknologi smart card ini,” tambahnya.
Plt Bupati Bogor Iwan Setiawan mengapresiasi dishub yang terus memaksimalkan pelayanan khususnya pada uji kendaraan bermotor (KIR) tersebut.
“Inovasi ini merupakan suatu langkah untuk menghindari pemalsuan informasi serta optimalisasi pelayanan kepada masyarakat di era digitalisasi,” ucapnya.
” Semoga dengan adanya inovasi ini, dukungan layanan pengujian kendaraan bermotor di kabupaten bogor akan lebih maksimal,” harapnya.
Ditempat yang sama Kepala Seksie (Kasi) Uji Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor Dishub Kabupaten Bogor Deni Setiawan saat dikonfirmasi kepada beritasatoe.com mengatakan, kebijakan penerbitan Bukti Lulus Uji elektronik (BLU’e) Kendaraan Bermotor yang baru ini sesuai dengan Peraturan Kementerian Perhubungan Republik Indonesia no 19 tahun 2021 tentang penyelenggaraan pengujian kendaraan bermotor dan keputusan Dirjen Perhubungan Darat nomor KP-DRJD 3291 tentang pedoman tekhnis uji berkala kendaraan bermotor.
“Untuk itu kami sampaikan kepada para pemilik kendaraan wajib uji yang berdomisili di wilayah kabupaten bogor mulai hari ini tanggal 18 Juli 2022 datang kendaraan yang lulus uji pada Unit Pelaksanaan Pengujian Kendaraan bermotor di dinas perhubungan kabupaten Bogor akan diterbitkan kartu Bukti Lulus Uji elektronik (Blue) terbaru,” ucapnya.
Adapun kata Deni lagi, perbedaan yang mencolok pada kartu Bukti Lulus Uji Elektronik yang lama dengan yang baru ini, yakni perbedaan dalam masa berlakunya.
“Jadi jika di kartu Blue yang lama masa berlakunya untuk dua kali uji (satu tahun). Nah di kartu Blue yang baru nanti Mada berlaku kartu bertambah jadi untuk 6 kali uji (tiga tahun),” jelas Deni.
“Perubahan penggunaan kartu uji, tanda uji dan sertifikat uji kendaraan bermotor menjadi kartu e-sertifikat dan tanda uji yang dilengkapi Radio Frequensy Identification (RFID) ini akan terus dilakukan secara bertahap sampai dengan kartu Blue yang lama habis masa berlakunya,” ujarnya.
