MESUJI, (BS) – Ada yang menarik yang dilakukan Lembaga Zakat Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Kabupaten Mesuji menjelang tahun ajaran baru mendatang dengan melakukan gerakan menukarkan sampah Non Organik dengan alat tulis.

Gerakan tersebut menurut Ketua LAZISMU Mesuji Jumeri, selain  membantu calon siswa menjelang tahun ajaran baru juga sebagai langkah perserikatan Muhamadiyah melalui LAZISMU ikut serta menciptakan lingkungan bersih.

“Makanya tema gerakan kita ini kita beri tema, ciptakan lingkungan yg bersih dan sinergi membangun pendidikan,”terang Jumeri.

Saat ini lanjutnya, gerakan pengumpulan sampah di tukar dengan alat tulis tersebut baru dilakukan di seputaran kecamatan Simpang Pematang, Kabupaten Mesuji.

“Alhamdulillah di sambut baik oleh masyarakat dan anak-anak calon peserta didik, setidaknya sejak dibuka kami sudah menyalurkan 60 paket alat tulis ke anak-anak, calon siswa sekolah,dengan menukar sampah jenis non organik,”tambah jumeri, Minggu (17/07/2022).

Kegiatan ini di gagas oleh pemuda muhammadiyah cabang simpang pematang berkolaborasi bersama LAZISMU Kab Mesuji.

Seiring dengan tingginya kebutuhan pokok yang memang memberi dampak bagi masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah maka lahirlah gagasan ini dimana tujuannya untuk meringankan apa yg menjadi dilema di lingkungan masyarakat tersebut.

Di samping itu,kegiatan ini juga di harapkan mampu memberikan edukasi kepada para pelajar untuk lebih mencintai lingkungan yg bersih karena memang tehnis kegiatan ini para pelajar di minta menukarkan sampah dalam bentuk botol plastik bekas untuk di tukarkan alat tulis lengkap 1 set.
Secara tidak langsung momentum kegiatan ini bertepatan dgn di mulainya Tahun ajaran baru dan persiapan dimana kegiatan belajar sekolah akan segera aktif.

Dihubungi secara terpisah sekertaris Desa Simpang Pematang Ridwan mengaku mengapresiasi gerakan yang di lakukan LAZISMU Kabupaten Mesuji,

“Menurut saya gerakan tersebut selain menciptakan lingkungan bersih dari sampah yang tidak dapat di daur ulang,juga membantu beban calon wali murid menghadapi tahun ajaran baru di zaman serba sulit ini,” singkatnya.
