Soal Retak-retak Pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Cihideung – Maseng, UPT JJ Ciomas Instruksikan Bongkar!

BOGOR, (BS) – Dugaan ketidaksesuaian Spesifikasi yang menyebabkan jalan yang baru saja dilakukan pengecoran terjadi retak-retak pada proyek peningkatan jalan Cihideung – Maseng, Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor disikapi berbagai pihak.

Kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Jalan dan Jembatan (UPT JJ) Kelas A Wilayah III Ciomas, Andri Wistiantio menyatakan, terkait retakan yang terjadi pada betonan cor yang baru berumur beberapa hari, berdasarkan laporan hasil monitoring dan pengawasan hal tesebut terjadi karena adanya setting beton yang kurang tepat.

“Karena terlalu lama menunggu akibat adanya penghadangan 5 unit armada molen oleh sejumlah oknum warga, dimana 2 molen sempat menuangkan beton cair sedangkan 3 molen lainya gagal hingga kembali ke batching plan dengan kerugian yg cukup besar,” ungkap Andri.

Lanjut Andri, ” Terhadap beton yang sudah terpasang Pihak UPT JJ Wilayah Ciomas akan mengintruksikan kepada pelaksana proyek CV.Haskar Persada untuk membongkar kembali, dan pihaknya akan melakukan pengujian ulang atas kualitas beton yang dipakai,” cetusnya.

“kita harapkan pelaksana juga bisa melaporkan kejadian ini ke aparat terkait. Karena menimbulkan kerugian dan menghambat kegiatan pemerintah. Kita akan bayar beton yg terpasang dengan volume dan mutu yang sesuai spek dalam RAB”, tegas Andri, Kamis (04/08/2022).

Sementara itu, Camat Cijeruk Bangun Septa Siswa mengaku sudah mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi di proyek tersebut dan sudah melaporkan kepada UPT Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Ciomas.

“Kita sudah sampaikan ke pihak UPT Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah Ciomas”, kata Camat.

Terpisah Kepala Desa Cibalung Rusyadi menyatakan belum bisa memberikan tanggapan, karena dia mengaku belum pernah bertemu dengan pelaksana proyek.

“Saya belum bisa memberikan tanggapan karena sampai hari ini saya belum pernah bertemu dengan pelaksana maupun pemborong proyek”, akunya.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, sangat disayangkan dari sejumlah anggota Komisi III DPRD Kabupaten Bogor yang dihubungi Beritasatoe.com untuk dimintai tanggapannya, belum juga merespon.

Ironisnya pula, salah satu oknum pejabat dilingkungan DPUPR yang sempat dimintai keterangan sesuai dengan tupoksinya malah bersikap arogan dan terkesan melecehkan awak media.
