BOGOR, (BS) – Kepolisan Sektor (Polsek) Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor, mengamankan pelaku pencabulan terhadap wanita penyandang disabilitas warga Kampung Bata Alam, Desa Cigombong, Bogor, Jawa Barat.

Aksi yang dilakukan pria berinisial S (49) dilakukan di sebuah rumah kosong di wilayah tersebut, dengan modus mengimingi korban dengan memberikan uang sebesar lima ribu rupiah.

“Korban SYZ (20) yang memiliki keterbelakangan mental ini menjadi korban pencabulan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku S dengan iming-iming uang sebesar lima ribu rupiah, di sebuah rumah kosong di daerah Bata Alam, Desa Cigombong,” ungkap Kapolsek Cijeruk Kompol Sumijo, Rabu (10/8/2022), kepada awak media.

Sumijo menambahkan, aksi bejat pelaku ini diketahui oleh orang tua korban pada hari Minggu (07/08/2022), dan langsung dilaporkan kepada pihak kepolisian.

“Berdasarkan penyelidikan yang kita lakukan terkait laporan pencabulan tersebut berhasil kita amankan pelaku S di rumahnya, yang tak jauh dari rumah korban. Berikut barang bukti berupa sebuah celana dalam milik pelaku, dan sebuah kain yang digunakan sebagai alas,” tutur Kompol Sumijo.

Atas perbuatannya pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 12 dan 15 huruf (h) UU RI No.12 Tahun 2002, dengan ancaman hukuman 15 Tahun penjara.
