5 Remaja Pelaku Penyerangan di Ciseeng Dibekuk Polres Bogor

BOGOR, (BS) – Polres Bogor dan Polsek Parung berhasil membekuk para pelaku penyerangan terhadap seorang remaja di wilayah Ciseeng Kabupaten Bogor pada Senin lalu (26/09). Video aksi penyerang sekelompok remaja tersebut sempat viral di media sosial.

Wakapolres Bogor Kompol Wisnu Perdana putra mengatakan,  pengungkapan yang berhasil dilakukan berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan terhadap aksi sekelompok remaja yang berkonvoi menggunakan sepada motor sambil mengacungkan senjata tajam dan melakukan penyerangan terhadap remaja lain.

Sebanyak 5 orang pelaku ditangkap yakni MF (18), A (18), RDA (18), MF (18), MFF (17). Dalam melancarkan aksinya para  pelaku ini berkonvoi dengan sepada motor sambil membawa senjata tajam dan melakukan penyerangan kepada masyarakat secara acak yang mereka temui di jalan.

“Kita amankan barang bukti berupa dua sepada motor yang di gunakan para pelaku dan senjata tajam jenis celurit yang di gunakan untuk penyerangan,” kata Kompol Wisnu dalam konferensi persnya Rabu (05/09/2022).

Para pelaku ini akan dijerat dengan pasal 170 KUHP dan atau pasal 351 KUHP  terkait tindak pidana di muka umum bersama-sama melakukan kekerasan berupa pengeroyokan. Atau penganiyaan dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal 7 tahun penjara.

“Kami menghimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat untuk untuk waspada. Laporkan kepada kami apabila mengetahui informasi ataupun mengetahui aksi serupa yang terjadi di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor,” ujar Kompol Wisnu.
