Menyerahkan Diri, (S) DPO Tersangka Dugaan Korupsi Bantuan Bencana Alam Resmi Ditahan

BOGOR, (BS) – Setelah sebelumnya ditetapkan sebagai DPO Kejari Kabupaten Bogor , (S) tersangka kasus dugaan tindak pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) penyalahgunaan pemanfaatan belanja tidak terduga tanggap darurat pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Bogor tahun anggaran 2017 lalu akhirnya menyerahkan diri ke Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bogor.

” Tersangka (S) yang merupakan ASN Pemkab Bogor dan menjabat sebagai Sekretaris Dinas Disperdagin Kabupaten Bogor datang menyerahkan diri ke kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bogor didampingi oleh kuasa hukumnya pada Rabu sekitar pukul 20.30 WIB. Selanjutnya Tim Penyidik Pidana Khusus Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Bogor melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap yang bersangkutan sebagai tersangka dan langsung dilakukan penahanan berdasarkan surat perintah penahanan Nomor:PRINT-2946/M.2.18/Fd.2/10/2022 selama 20 hari ke depan di Rutan Polres Bogor,” ungkap Juanda,SH, Kasi Intel Kejari Kabupaten Bogor melalui keterangan tertulisnya, Kamis 20 Oktober 2022. 

Juanda menambahkan bahwa tersangka S telah buron selama 64 hari dan selama itu Tim Penyidik Pidsus Kejari Kab Bogor dibantu oleh Tim Intel Kejari Kab Bogor dan Tim dari Polres Bogor terus melakukan pelacakan, pencarian dan pengejaran menggunakan metode baik secara penjejakan Teknik (penyadapan) maupun Penjejakan fisik, jelasnya.

Lebih lanjut Juanda membeberkan bahwasanya kegiatan pencarian dan pengejaran terhadap tersangka dilakukan sampai ke daerah Provinsi Jambi, Provinsi DKI, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dan Banten dengan terus menerus melakukan himbauan kepada keluarga agar yang bersangkutan kooperatif terhadap proses hukum yang berjalan.

Bahkan Kejari Kab Bogor sebelumnya telah menetapkan 1 orang tersangka an inisial DAH sbg pelaku tindak pidana Obstruction of Justice melanggar pasal 21 UUTPK karena secara sengaja mencegah, merintangi, atau menggagalkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung penyidikan TP Korupsi, yaitu memfasilitasi dan atau membantu tersangka S dalam melarikan diri sehingga penyidikan Tipikor terhambat, beber Juanda.

” Saat ini setelah pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka dan penahanan terhadap tersangka S, tim penyidik akan segera menyelesaikan berkas perkara untuk kemudian dilimpahkan ke JPU untuk diteliti dan tentunya setelah dinyatakan lengkap, berkas perkara akan segera dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor di Bandung,” pungkasnya.
