Perumda Tirta Kahuripan Gelar Forum Konsultasi Publik, Ini Tujuannya

CIBINONG, (BS) – Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan menyelenggarakan Forum Konsultasi Publik (FKP) atas rencana rekategori pelanggan dan struktur tarif pelanggan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan yang akan berlaku per Januari 2023 untuk tagihan rekening air bulan Februari 2023.

FKP tersebut dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari  konsultasi publik berdasarkan amanat dari Permendagri No.71 Tahun 2016 yang diubah Permendagri No.21 Tahun 2020 tentang Perhitungan dan Penetapan Tarif Air Minum dan Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Barat No. 610/Kep.890-Rek/2021 tentang Tarif Batas Atas dan Tarif Batas Bawah Air Minum BUMD di Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Sebelumnya pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juni 2022, Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan telah melaksanakan sensus pelanggan dan menemukan semakin variatifnya parameter penunjang dan kondisi fisik bangunan yang sudah berubah. Sehingga hal tersebut menjadi dasar program rekategori golongan pelanggan untuk dapat lebih memberikan rasa keadilan bagi pelanggan.

” Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan menerapkan tarif untuk kelompok pelanggan sosial dan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah dibawah harga dasar, dengan kata lain kelompok tersebut mendapat subsidi sedangkan kelompok rumah tangga lainnya untuk pemakaian kebutuhan dasar yang ditetapkan itu masih dibawah tarif dasar.” Jelas Abdul Somad Direktur Umum Perumda Tirta Kahuripan kepada wartawan di Cibinong beberapa waktu lalu.

Nah lanjut Somad, dengan skema pembagian kelompok pelanggan yang baru ini diharapkan tidak ada lagi pelanggan kurang mampu mensubsidi pelanggan yang jelas mampu sehingga menciptakan tarif yang adil dan terjangkau sesuai dengan kemampuan pelanggan, ujarnya.

Diharapkan dengan penyesuaian golongan pelanggan tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja Perumda Air Minum Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor sehingga dapat melakukan pengembangan dan optimalisasi pelayanan pelanggan.

” Juga untuk meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan yang saat ini baru mencapai 28,01%, masih jauh dari target yang ditetapkan pemerintah pusat yang menargetkan 68% untuk wilayah perkotaan dan 60% untuk wilayah pedesaan,” tandasnya.
