KOTA BOGOR, (BS) – Satpol PP Kota Bogor akan segera segel Cafe Bajawa Flores yang berlokasi di Jalan Ciwaringin Merdeka, Kecamatan Bogor Tengah, Kota Bogor, karena beroperasi padahal belum kantongi ijin dan belum penuhi persyaratan buka Resto atau cafe.
“Surat peringatan ketiga sudah kami layangkan kepada pihak Cafe Bajawa Flores pada Jum’at yang lalu, dan jika tidak membereskan masalah perizinannya, nanti kita akan kirim surat penyegelan ke Bajawa,” kata Kabid Penegakkan Perda ( Gakperda) Satpol PP Kota Bogor, Asep Setia Permana pada media, Senin(14/11/22).
Didalam surat tersebut lanjutnya, akan kita jelaskan kapan waktu penyegelannya, dan juga nanti kita memberikan waktu kepada pengusahanya untuk mengamankan barang-barang yang cepat rusak (bahan makanan dan sebagainya,red).
Lebih lanjut Asep menjelaskan mekanismenya, pemberitahuan penyegelan itu maksimal 3-7 hari.
Saat sudah di segel itu selama 14 hari, dilihat pihak pengusaha ada progres tidak untuk mengurus terkait perizinan nya.
“Kalau ada progres itu menjadi pertimbangan, apa saja surat izinnya yang sudah keluar, sudah memenuhi syarat apa belum, misalkan tidak ada progres apa apa, apakah mau di lanjutkan (perpanjang,red) segelnya atau mau dibuka jika ada niat baik (progres,red) dari pengusaha nya terkait perizinan,” jelas Asep.
Lebih lanjut dirinya menambahkan, terkait perizinan kan ada saran teknis, selama 14 hari penyegelan pihakpengusaha ada niat mengurus perizinan. Pasalnya, untuk mengurus pbg itu kan ada saran teknis, rekomendasi dari dinas terkait.
“Selama proses segel 14 hari pengusaha mengurus perizinan, dan keluar surat ini itu, nanti ada pertimbangan lain dari kita. Bahwa pengusaha tersebut ada progres nya untuk mengurus izin. Kami juga tidak mutlak bahwa harus seperti ini, seperti itu, ada saran-sarannya,”paparnya.
Pihak satpol PP kan berjalan normatif, kalau sudah di kasih surat sp 1, 2 dan 3 masih tetep jalan (beroperasi), berarti pengusaha itu yang bandel.
” Surat peringatan yang kami layangkan pun sudah jelas itu, apabila dia tidak mengindahkan peringatan akan di tindaklanjuti. Setelah itu kami beritahukan akan dilakukan penyegelan. Selain Bajawa, kita juga sudah menindaklanjuti pihak Resto Mie Gacoan di semplak sudah mau masuk SP 3, mie gacoan Pajajaran baru mau masuk sp 2 termasuk yang di Tajur,” pungkas Asep.
