CIBINONG, (BS) – Manfaat Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) benar-benar dirasakan oleh salah satu pelajar bernama Hanna Ramadina (17). warga Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor
Terlahir sebagai anak terakhir dari dua bersaudara yang memiliki riwayat penyakit asam lambung ini harus menerima layanan kesehatan sejak kecil. Hanna menceritakan kepada Tim Jamkesnews pengalaman berobat dengan jaminan dari Program JKN ketika masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar.
“Di tahun 2015 saya pernah tengah malam dilarikan ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) salah satu rumah sakit di Cibinong. Saya merasakan perut saya sakit hingga sesak dan suhu tubuh saya cukup tinggi saat itu. Mendapatkan pengobatan darurat saat itu orang tua saya tidak menyiapkan biaya pengobatan apabila saya harus dirawat inap atau pun untuk tebus obat. Hanya bermodalkan Kartu JKN saat itu dan rutin membayar iuran sebagai peserta JKN keluarga saya memberanikan diri membawa saya ke fasilitas kesehatan,” ujar Hanna, Rabu (26/10)
Sejak hadirnya Program JKN di tengah masyarakat, keluarga Hanna yang sebelumnya menganggap berobat merupakan hal yang eksklusif dan memiliki stigma mahal untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan, kini bersyukur telah terselenggara salah satu program pemerintah untuk menjamin biaya kesehatan masyarakat. Besar manfaat yang keluarga Hanna rasakan, ia mengatakan ayahnya selalu memastikan iuran peserta JKN terbayarkan rutin setiap bulan.
“Ketika belum ada Program JKN di Indonesia, saat sakit keluarga saya mengandalkan pengobatan alternatif atau hanya dengan konsumsi obat yang dijual bebas tanpa resep di warung. Kalau sedikit-sedikit sakit dibawa ke rumah sakit lama kelamaan tabungan bisa habis. Tapi alhamdulillah sejak ada BPJS Kesehatan dan Program JKN sekarang sakit jadi tidak takut berobat, rasa syukur itu dibalas oleh orang tua saya dengan rutin membayar iuran,” tambah Hanna.
Ia juga mengungkapkan walau pun sejak awal ia dan keluarga terdaftar di kelas tiga namun ia tidak pernah merasakan perbedaan layanan kesehatan, karena yang berbeda hanya kelas untuk rawat inap. Seluruh pelayanan kesehatan termasuk obat yang diterima pasien sesuai dengan indikasi medis. Sesuai dengan yang Hanna dan keluarga rasakan, ia juga berharap Program JKN terus berlangsung dan semakin banyak yang merasakan manfaat serta pengalaman yang baik seperti dirinya dan keluarga atas hadirnya program ini di tengah masyarakat.
