Cibinong, (BERITASATOE.COM) – Proyek Rehabilitasi Gedung Pusdai pada Satuan Kerja (Satker) DPKPP Kabupaten Bogor dengan Pagu Anggaran Rp. 12.902.908.000,- yang bersumber dari APBD Tahun 2021 dengan penyedia jasa PT. Ardico Artha Multimoda dan Konsultan Pengawas PT. Bina Mitra Wahana dalam pelaksanaannya diduga tidak sesuai spesifikasi dan gambar rencana yang ada.
Berdasarkan pantauan media ini di lapangan pasangan baja ringan yang dipakai pada proyek tersebut diduga kuat belum ber Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
Ahdiyat perwakilan pihak pelaksana mengatakan bahwa material baja ringan yang mereka pakai sebelumnya sudah dilakukan pengecekan oleh Dinas terkait.
Selain diduga spesifikasi yang tidak sesuai, berdasarkan keterangan pelaksana dan konsultan pengawas dilapangan, proyek rehabilitasi gedung Pusdai tersebut tidak bisa dilaksanakan sesuai gambar rencana yang ada, karena menurut mereka terdapat kesalahan fatal pada gambar oleh konsultan perencanaan.
” Kita tidak bisa lakukan pekerjaan sesuai acuan pada gambar rencana karena memang gambar pekerjaan yang ada terdapat banyak kesalahan dan ketidaksesuaian dengan kenyataan dilapangan, dan itupun sudah diakui oleh pihak konsultan perencanaan,” jelas ahdiyat perwakilan PT.Ardico Artha Multimoda selaku penyedia jasa.
Maka dari itu lanjutnya, ketidaksesuaian tersebut selalu kami sampaikan ke dinas dan masih terus dibahas dan rapatkan, pungkasnya.
Terpisah, Dinas terkait dalam hal ini Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan (DPKPP) Kabupaten Bogor, saat coba dikonfirmasi dan dimintai tanggapannya, enggan memberikan tanggapan, bahkan terkesan tutup mulut.
