Soal Proyek Tak Sesuai Spek, Trubus Rahadiansyah Minta DPRD Kabupaten Bogor Awasi Ketat

Bogor, (BERITASATO.COM) – Banyaknya pembangunan proyek infrastruktur di Kabupaten Bogor yang diduga tak sesuai spesifikasi mendapat kritik pedas dari Pengamat Kebijakan Publik Universitas Trisakti Trubus Rahadiansyah.

Menurut Trubus panggilan akrabnya, kualitas bangunannya yang tidak sesuai speknya sering kali ujungnya bermasalah karena ada potensi-potensi korupsi disitu.

” Selain kualitasnya jadi jelek, para kontraktornya sering nakal juga. Ini jadi problem di kita. Ditingkat nasional juga sama kenapa infrastruktur yang dibangun juga cepat rusak? Beda dengan dibangun oleh orang luar negeri,” beber Trubus.

Untuk itu Pengamat Kebijakan Publik dari Universitas Trisakti ini meminta anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bogor mengawasi secara ketat proyek-proyek pembangunan infrastruktur yang ada di Bumi Tegar Beriman.

” Menurut saya, Anggota Dewan DPRD Kabupaten Bogor harus mengawasi secara ketat, memberikan catatan -catatan kalau perlu sering melakukan sidak di daerah pilihan dari para wakil rakyat (Dapil) Itu yang terpenting,” katanya.

” Banyak kebijakan yang lebih memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan sesaat saja. Jadi dalam membuat program-programnya itu tidak berpikir jangka panjang, jangka pendek sehingga yang penting menghabiskan anggaran sekedar melaksanakan,” ujarnya.

” Ternyata banyak akal-akalannya tidak sesuai kesepakatannya, jadi kualitas buruk,” kata dia kepada wartawan melalui sambungan telepon, Kamis (28/10/2021).

Sekedar diketahui berdasarkan pengamatan awak media ini, ditemukan beberapa proyek pembangunan infrastruktur di lingkungan Pemkab Bogor yang diduga dalam pelaksanaannya tidak sesuai spesifikasi, salah satu contohnya adalah proyek rehabilitasi gedung Pusdai Kabupaten Bogor pada Satuan Kerja (Satker) Dinas Perumahan Kawasan Permukiman dan Pertanahan (DPKPP) yang menelan anggaran APBD miliaran rupiah.
