Dalam pertemuan itu Kapolres Bogor, AKBP Harun mengatakan kesiapannya untuk mendukung Konferensi Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia (PWI) Kabupaten Bogor, sekaligus menantang PWI mengadakan vaksinasi massal.
“Saya siap mendukung konferensi PWI Kabupaten Bogor pada 30 November mendatang. Semoga semua berjalan kondusif dan menghasilkan sebuah hasil konferensi yang memuaskan serta diterima semua peserta dan para anggota PWI Kabupaten Bogor,” ungkap AKBP Harun.
AKBP Harun juga berterimakasih atas dukungan dari rekan-rekan wartawan yang tergabung di PWI. “Terimakasih atas suport berita dari semua wartawan di PWI. Selama ini kegiatan kita dipublikasikan sehingga apa yang kita kerjakan dapat diketahui masyarakat, itu semua atas informasi dari media,” ucapnya.
“Insyaallah saya juga akan hadir pada acara konferensi PWI Kabupaten Bogor nanti,” ujar Harun menambahkan.
Kapolres disaat bersamaan menantang PWI Kabupaten Bogor untuk mengadakan vaksinasi massal. Dirinya meminta agar vaksinasi dapat digelar sebelum acara konferensi berlangsung.
“Saya menantang PWI Kabupaten Bogor menggelar vaksinasi massal. Sasaran utamananya adalah lansia, berani nggak,” kata Harun memberikan tantangan.
“Kalau berani, kita siap suport. Kita siapkan sembako dan doorprize bagi warga yang mau di vaksin. Bila perlu kita jemput bola door to door untuk memvaksin nya. Berani?,” tantang Kapolres lagi.
Menjawab tantangan itu, Sekretaris PWI Kabupaten Bogor M. Nurofik pun langsung menyatakan sanggup.
“Siap pak Kapolres!. Kita hadapi tantangannya,” tegas Opick sapaan akrabnya itu.
Opick menjelaskan, setelah pertemuan dengan Kapolres akan segera mengadakan rapat pengurus untuk membentuk kepanitiaan vaksinasi massal.
“Usai ini kita langsung rapat, membentuk panitia vaksinasi massal. Ini tantangan luar biasa. Terimakasih kepada pak Kapolres atas dukungannya untuk acara konferensi PWI Kabupaten Bogor nanti. Saya atas nama PWI Kabupaten Bogor, siap melayani tantangan vaksinasi massalnya,” pungkas Opick.
