BERITASATOE.COM – Center for Budget Analysis (CBA) meminta pihak Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) khususnya KPK dan Kepolisian untuk serius menindaklanjuti laporan masyarakat terkait dugaan tindak pidana nepotisme dalam proyek PCR oleh menteri BUMN Erick Tohir. Kasus ini harus jadi pintu masuk bagi APH agar mengembangkan penyelidikan terkait dugaan praktik nepotisme yang melibatkan menteri Erick Tohir.
Selain kasus PCR, KPK dan Kepolisian harus melakukan penyelidikan atas dua kasus lainnya yang tidak kalah besar dan diduga kuat melibatkan menteri BUMN Erick Tohir. Kasus ini terkait proyek pembangunan pabrik amoniak Banggai, dan kasus investasi Telkomsel.
Proyek pembangunan pabrik amoniak Banggai dilakukan antara Rekind yang berstatus anak BUMN Pupuk Indonesia, dan PT Panca Amara Utama (PAU) yang merupakan anak perusahaan PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk (ESSA). Fakta yang perlu diketahui publik adalah bahwa Boy Tohir yang merupakan kakak kandung menteri BUMN Erick Tohir berposisi sebagai Preskom PAU, sekaligus pengurus dan pemegang saham ESSA.
Adapun permasalahan dalam proyek pembangunan pabrik amoniak Banggai ditemukan potensi kerugian negara sebesar Rp 1,3 triliun akibat kebijakan penghapusan piutang, hal ini sudah diperkuat oleh audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan.
Kasus kedua yang perlu ditindaklanjuti KPK dan Kepolisian adalah terkait investasi yang dilakukan oleh anak usaha Perusahaan BUMN Telkom yakni Telkomsel kepada PT Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa (AKAB) atau GoTo.
Lagi-lagi nama Boy Tohir (Kakak kandung Menteri Erick Tohir) terkait erat, diketahui Boy Tohir juga sebagai Komisaris Utama GoTo sekaligus pemegang saham sebanyak 1,05 miliar lembar (Akta No. 128 tanggal 29 Oktober 2021). Adapun Erick Tohir sebagai menteri BUMN yang mewakili negara adalah pemegang saham mayoritas saham Telkom.
Bahkan dalam laporan keuangan Telkom kuartal pertama 2021, telkomsel telah menggelontorkan US$450 juta (Rp6,7 triliun, kurs Rp.15 ribu) untuk menelan obligasi konversi tanpa bunga GoTo. Jika memakai akal sehat, begitu mudah dan dermawannya BUMN menggelontorkan dana kepada GoTo.
Jadi, di balik kerjasama investasi antara Telkomsel dengan GoTo sampai Rp 6,7 triliun seolah olah bisnis tapi ada dugaan nepotisme yg harus diungkap APH
Berdasarkan catatan di atas CBA meminta KPK dan kepolisian untuk membuka penyelidikan atas Proyek pembangunan pabrik amoniak Banggai, dan investasi Telkomsel kepada GoTo. Panggil dan periksa Menteri BUMN Erick Tohir. (San/Red)
