KOTA BOGOR (BS) — Masih dalam dugaan pelanggaran Perda, Mall Boxies 123 yang berada di kawasan Jalan Raya Tajur, Bogor Timur, Kota Bogor, pada Selasa (14/01/2020), sempat didemo puluhan Mahasiswa Universitas Pakuan Bogor yang tergabung dalam Forum Kajian Mahasiswa (FORKAM).
Bahkan, sikap tidak ramah seorang oknum GM di Mall Besar di wilayah Bogor Timur itu sempat bikin geram anggota DPRD yang melakukan sidak ke lokasi.
Pada hari itu, massa Forkam mengelar aksi turun ke jalan guna menyampaikan aspirasi mereka. Aksi unjuk rasa digelar di depan Mall Boxies 123 di bilangan tajur Bogor Timur.
Kepada awak media, Koordinator Lapangan (Korlap) aksi, Irwan Kurniawan, membenarkan adanya kegiatan tersebut. Sesuai surat, ada dua tuntutan yang dia bawa bersama rekan-rekannya atas kehadiran Mal Boxies 123.
“Kami indikasikan bahwa Mal Boxies 123 telah melanggar Perda 8/2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kota Bogor tahun 2011-2031, serta Analisis Dampak lalu-lintas yang diduga tidak memiliki izin,” katanya
Massa aksi saat itu mendatangi lokasi dengan menggunakan sepeda motor. Kemudian melakukan long march dari kantor perbankan yang tak jauh dari mall dengan membawa banner, spanduk dan atribut lainya.
Saat massa Mahasiswa mendatangi Mall Boxies 123. Anggota kepolisian dari Polresta Bogor Kota maupun Polsek Bogor Timur telah bersiap di lokasi. Demikian juga dengan anggota TNI. Sementara Anggota Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Bogor melakukan pengaturan lalu lintas yang tersendat oleh adanya Andi. Sementara aktivitas di dalam mall tetap berjalan normal.
Sementara itu Atty Somaddikarya angota DPRD Kota Bogor dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan mengungkapkan terkait beroperasinya mal Boxies 123.
“Pada saat komisi 3 sidak, GSP di tanyakan, jalur Tajur sebelum ada mal saja sudah macet, apalagi sekarang ada mal ya makin parah macetnya. Seharusnya Pemkot dan Dinas terkait memperhitungkan dampaknya jangan asal mengeluarkan Ijin.
Saya tidak habis pikir kenapa pihak pengelola mall boxies 123 tidak memperhatikan apa yang di tanyakan rekan rekan komisi 3, bahkan salah satu GM mal Boxies bersikap tidak bersahabat saat kami sidak. Kami sempat pertanyakan hal ini, apakah sesuai aturan yang ada atau belum? Kita tidak menolak investor masuk kota Bogor, tapi bukan berarti investor masuk dengan tidak memperhatikan aspek aspek yang harus memiliki keberpihakan pada masyarakat,” tegasnya.
