Ngeri! GEMPAR Laporkan Proyek RSUD Bogor Utara Ke KPK

BOGOR, (BS) – Gerakan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Bogor (GEMPAR) melaporkan proyek pembangunan RSUD Bogor Utara yang mengalami banyak sekali polemik ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Senin 30 Mei 2022.

Putra Nur Pratama (Ketua GEMPAR) mengatakan, laporan ke KPK ini berdasarkan adanya indikasi dugaan Korupsi, Kolusi Nepotisme (KKN) dan dugaan cacat hukum pada proyek bernilai puluhan miliar tersebut.

” Kami menilai bahwa proyek pembangunan gedung RSUD Bogor Utara yang memakan anggaran puluhan miliar tersebut mengalami cacat hukum dan terindikasi adanya tindakan KKN,” terang Putra melalui pesan tertulisnya yang diterima media Tugasbangsa.com, Senin 30 Mei 2023.

Hal tersebut lanjut Putra, dikarenakan pembangunan RSUD itu harusnya selesai pada akhir Desember 2021 lalu sesuai dengan kontrak, tetapi pada faktanya bahwa pembangunan RSUD Bogor Utara itu tak kunjung selesai. Bahkan ketika Dinas Kesehatan melalui PPK memberikan waktu tambahan pun tetap belum selesai.

Itu terbukti dengan PPK yang memberi tambahan waktu kembali setalah masa tambahan waktu pertama selesai, pertanyaannya adalah pemberian waktu tambahan sebanyak dua kali tersebut berdasar kepada aturan mana? jawaban yang di sampaikan PPK pada saat audiensi Gerakan Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Bogor pada 06 April lalu terkait dengan dua kali masa tambahan waktu adalah atas dasar kesepakatan.

Padahal seperti yang kita tau bersama bahwa apapun kebijakan yang di ambil pemerintah terkait dengan pengelolaan negara haruslah berlandaskan aturan yang jelas, hal tersebut tercantum dalam pasal 1 ayat 3 UUD 1945.

” Nah hal tersebut meyakinkan kami bahwa proyek pembangunan RSUD Bogor Utara ini terindikasi adanya tindakan Korupsi, keterlambatan proyek dan pernyataan-pernyataan PPK yang tidak masuk akal adalah landasan kuat mengapa kami meyakini bahwa proyek tersebut terindikasi KKN,” tegas Putra.

Oleh karena itu kata dia, kami hari ini melakukan pelaporan terkait dengan permasalahan pembangunan RSUD Bogor Utara terebut ke KPK. Karena yang mempunyai hak mutlak untuk menentukan dan menghukum pelaku tindak pidana korupsi adalah penegak supremasi hukum.

“kami sangat optimis kepada KPK mampu  cepat melakukan upaya penyidikan dan penyelidikan terkait dengan kasus ini, menimbang data yang KPK butuhkan sudah kami serahkan sepenuhnya ” pungkasnya. (San/Red)
