Siapkan Memori Banding, Dinalara Yakin Kliennya Ade Yasin Bebas

CIBINONG, (BS) – Pengacara atau Kuasa Hukum Ade Yasin Dinalara Dermawanti Butar-butar mengaku optimis kliennya yang telah diputus vonis hukuman 4 tahun penjara oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tipikor Bandung masih berpotensi bebas.

” Saat ini kami sedang menyiapkan memori bandingnya. Tentunya kami berharap di peradilan banding nantinya dapat membebaskan Ade Yasin dari jeratan hukum,” ucap Dinalara saat dimintai keterangannya di acara peresmian kantor advokat Viktor Harianja,SH di Cibinong, Sabtu (01/10/22).

Sambung Dina, kami optimis Pengadilan Tinggi Bandung bisa obyektif dalam menilai memori banding kita, imbuhnya.

Namun jika nanti pengadilan tinggi tetap menolak banding kami, kami akan melakukan langkah lainnya hingga klien kami mendapatkan keadilan sesuai harapannya.

“Jika banding kami ditolak, kami akan tetap melakukan upaya hukum hingga titik akhir yaitu kasasi,” tegas Dina.

Mantan pengacara almarhum Irianto (Sekdis DPKPP Kabupaten Bogor-red) itu, juga menyebutkan bahwa selain sedang menyiapkan materi untuk proses banding, tim kuasa hukum Ade Yasin juga akan melaporkan majelis hakim yang menjatuhkan vonis melebihi putusan Jaksa tersebut.

“Kami tim hukum juga siap melaporkan hakim yang menangani perkara klien kami Ade Yasin. Karena menurut kami pada persidangan kasus dugaan suap yang melibatkan klien kami itu, hakim telah mengabaikan fakta keterangan saksi-saksi dipersidangan yang meringankan klien kami. Tapi malahan hasil Berita Acara Perkara (BAP) yang dijadikan pertimbangan oleh hakim.

” Sangat disayangkan Hakim hanya menjadikan BAP sebagai bahan pertimbangan. BAP itukan dibuat oleh sepihak saja yaitu penyidik. Banyak fakta-fakta persidangan yang tidak dimuat atau dikesampingkan dalam putusan,” terang Dinalara.

“Nah hal itu yang akan kita jadikan salah satu materi banding kita nanti. Bahwa banyak fakta persidangan yang selama ini dikesampingkan dan tidak dimuat didalam pertimbangan majelis hakim,” tukasnya.
