Bogor menjadi sorotan publik. pasalnya salah satu sertifikat AN Imah Imang 149/1978,Cimanggis,Bojonggede,Bogor yang di balik nama ke atas nama Yusda pada Tgl 4-8-2009 dan Hak Tanggungan ( HT ) No : /007/2009 Peringkat I, PPAT Ritnasari Dwi Juli, SH.
Sertifikat tersebut telah terdaftar di kantor ATR/BPN Kab.Bogor pada tahun 1978 sampai saat ini menurut keterangan BPN atas dasar pengukuran ulang No : 2441/Ket-200.4/VII/2019, No Berkas : 70708/2018 DI. 302 : 19600/2019.
Keterangan yang di nyatakan oleh Kantor ATR/BPN Kab. Bogor menerangkan bahwa hasil pengukuran pengembalian batas telah sesuai dengan Gambar Situasi ( GS ) No. 78/1978 Sertifikat Hak Milik No. 4477/Cimanggis ( dahulu No.149/Cimanggis ).
Dra.Hj. Dhewi Rasmani, MM yang juga mantan istri Alm. Moch Made ( Kapuskodal Ops Polwil Bogor, tahun 2004 ) selaku pemilik sah tanah tersebut dari tahun 2009 menerangkan bahwa ada dugaan banyak oknum yang bermain di sini.
“Bagaimana bisa sertifikat yang sudah pernah di Hak tanggungan atau di ploting 2009 bisa timbul lagi sertifikat baru di atas tanah tersebut. Kan sudah jelas di warkah buku tanah maupun KKP atau komputerisasi BPN sudah pasti timbul Sertifikat Yusda, ini yang mengajukan pihak Bank loh Institusi besar, kepada media ini di Cibinong Jum’at (03/12)
Dhewi menambahkan, kok bisa sertifikat orang lain bisa timbul baru di sertifikat yang telah ada. apa gunanya komputerisasi BPN saat ini.
Berita acara yang yang di keluarkan oleh Kantor ATR/BPN Kab. Bogor sudah memberikan keterangan bahwa sertifikat 4477/ Cimanggis Mutlak berada di lokasi yang saat ini bersengketa, jelas Dhewi.
Kisruh kasus tanah yang menyedot perhatian masyarakat di kampung Sudimampir, Desa Cimanggis, Kecamatan Bojong Gede, Kabupaten Bogor tersebut terjadi diduga kuat akibat campur tangan oknum-oknum BPN Kabupaten Bogor.
