BERITASATOE.COM,- Presiden Joko Widodo mengatakan bahwa motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional adalah investasi, bukan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) yang hanya berkontribusi sebesar 15 persen. Oleh karena itu, Presiden meminta agar jajaran Polri turut mengawal investasi hingga bisa menetas dan direalisasikan.
Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Presiden Joko Widodo saat memberikan pengarahan kepada Kepala Kesatuan Wilayah (Kasatwil) Tahun 2021 di Candi Ballroom, Hotel The Apurva Kempinski, Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, pada Jumat, 3 Desember 2021.
“Supaya tahu APBN itu hanya mempengaruhi kurang lebih 18 sampai 15 persen dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang kita miliki. Jangan keliru. Artinya apa? 85 persen perputaran uang, pertumbuhan ekonomi itu ada di swasta dan BUMN. Jadi kalau ada yang ganggu-ganggu di daerah urusan investasi, kawal dan dampingi agar setiap investasi betul-betul bisa direalisasikan karena kunci penggerak ekonomi kita ada di situ,” ujar Presiden.
Lebih lanjut Presiden menjelaskan bahwa sekarang ini investasi tidak hanya di Jawa, tetapi juga di luar Jawa. Menurutnya, investasi di luar Jawa justru kini lebih banyak, yakni sekitar 51,7 persen, dibandingkan Jawa yang berkontribusi sekitar 48 persen.
“Investasi yang sudah ada, investasi yang baru berproses, maupun investasi yang baru datang, jaga. Saya sudah titip juga ke Kapolri, kapolda yang tidak bisa menjaga diperingatkan, sulit tidak bisa mengawal, tidak bisa menyelesaikan yang berkaitan dengan agenda besar negara kita, maaf saya keras, ngomong keras, tidak bisa, diganti,” tegasnya.
Perekonomian Indonesia sendiri saat ini telah mulai merangkak naik kembali setelah sebelumnya berada pada posisi minus akibat pandemi. Di kuartal IV tahun 2020, ekonomi nasional masih minus 2,19 persen, kemudian di kuartal I 2021 sudah mulai membaik ke minus 0,74 persen.
Bahkan, di kuartal II tahun 2021, ekonomi Indonesia sudah melompat sekitar 7,07 persen. Pada bulan Juli, varian Delta merebak sehingga pemerintah menerapkan pembatasan mobilitas masyarakat yang membuat perekonomian nasional turun lagi menjadi 3,51 persen. Kepala Negara berharap, perekonomian nasional pada kuartal keempat tahun 2021 bisa tumbuh di kisaran angka 4,5 sampai 5,5 persen.
“Kalau pengendaliannya masih seperti ini, nah di 2022 inilah kebangkitan ekonomi akan kelihatan, misalkan kondisi, situasi seperti yang kita hadapi sekarang, dan motor penggerak dari pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah investasi,” tandasnya.
Turut hadir mendampingi Presiden dalam acara tersebut yaitu Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, Menteri Sekretaris Negara Pratikno, Panglima TNI Jenderal Andika Perkasa, dan Kapolri Jenderal Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo. (San/)
