Proyek Jalan SPN Lido – Srogol Batal Dicor, Pelaksana Proyek : Kendala Ada Di Konsultan Pengawas

BOGOR, (BS) – Batalnya rencana pengecoran proyek Jalan SPN Lido – Srogol, Kecamatan Cigombong, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat, Selasa (31/10/2022), memicu kekecewaan warga. Sementara Tim Pelaksana Proyek tersebut memilih bungkam ketika dipertanyakan apa penyebabnya.

Adi, salah satu pekerja proyek mengaku tidak tau apa kendala sebenarnya yang menyebabkan batalnya pengecoran. Karena menurutnya yang menangani bagian administrasi adalah Rusdan.

“Saya gak tau apa penyebab batalnya pengecoran, padahal kami sudah mempersiapkan pengecoran secara matang. Bahkan kami sudah menyetop warga yang membawa kendaraan roda dua agar tidak melintas, sampai kendaraan warga disimpan di kebun”, jelasnya, Rabu (01/11/2022).

Dia juga mengatakan, sampai saat ini tidak ada konfirmasi lanjutan dari Asep selaku pelaksana lapangan. Demikian juga dengan Rusdan selaku bagian administrasi proyek.

“Sampai sekarang gak ada konfirmasi lanjutan dari Asep ataupun Rusdan. Kalo yang bagian mengurus ke plan Fresh Beton itu Pak Rusdan. Informasi yang saya dapat tadi malam, yang jadi kendala itu dari konsultan. Jadi konsultan meminta kelengkapan berkas administrasi dari pihak plan”, tambahnya.

Hal senada dikatakan Asep selaku pelaksana proyek, saat dihubungi melalui pesan singkat WhatsApp. Dia mengatakan bahwa kendala utama disebabkan oleh konsultan pengawas.

“Waalaikum salam. Batalnya pengecoran tadi malam karena pihak plan Fresh beton belum bisa melengkapi administrasi yang dimnta sama pihak konsultan pengawas. Pada akhirnya pengiriman ready mix beton batal dikirim”, kilahnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala Dusun (Kadus) Srogol Dedy, mengaku kewalahan menghadapi koplainan dari warga atas batalnya pengecoran jalan.

“Dengan lambatnya pekerjaan proyek jalan ini saja warga banyak yang kecewa. Karena berdampak pada aktivitas kegiatan ekonomi warga. Memang kami akui nantinya kalau sudah selesai pekerjaan, jalan ini akan sangat bermanfaat bagi warga. Tapi kalau proses pekerjaanya seperti ini sangat jelas merugikan warga”, tandasnya.

Sementara itu, Rusdan selaku bagian administrasi proyek ketika dimintai keterangan tidak memberikan jawaban.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada keterangan resmi dari dinas terkait. Baik dari UPT PPJJ wilayah 2 Ciomas, DPUPR Kabupaten Bogor, maupun pihak konsultan pengawas.

Sebagai tambahan informasi, proyek jalan SPN Lido – Srogol senilai Rp.  2.983.714.500 itu dikerjakan oleh PT. Nuansa Jaya Perkasa, dengan masa pekerjaan 150 hari kerja, nomor dan tanggal SPMK : 620/A.120-08.0254/TING-JLN/PPJJ.2/SPMK/DPUPR, dengan Konsultan dari PT. Bina Index Cosult (Raden)darindex Cosult.
