Tanggapi Keluhan Pelanggan Ini Respon PT. Tirta Asasta Kota Depok

DEPOK, (BS) – Akibat tersendatnya suplay air bersih ke masyarakat PT. Tirta Asasta Depok menyampaikan permohonan maaf sebesar-besarnya kepada para pelanggannya di lokasi Kelurahan Beji, Beji Timur, Sawangan Baru, Depok Jaya, Rangkapan Jaya, Rangkapan Jaya Baru, Pancoran Mas, Mampang, Tanah baru serta area Rawageni dan sekitarnya yang telah mengalami gangguan pengaliran pada beberapa hari ke belakang ini.

“Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Jaringan Distribusi Utama yang berada di lokasi Proyek Pembangunan Underpass Jalan Dewi Sartika yang sebelumnya digunakan untuk pengaliran air bersih untuk lokasi-lokasi tersebut di atas sudah tidak dapat berfungsi lagi,” ungkap Dr. Ade Dikdik Isnandar, Ak, M.Si, CA, Direktur Umum PT. Tirta Asasta (Perseroda).

Solusi terbaik untuk pengaliran dapat normal kembali yaitu dengan membangun jalur baru di lokasi Jalan Dewi Sartika dengan estimasi pekerjaan dapat selesai dalam 1 minggu.

“Saat ini kita sudah mulai pekerjaan pipa baru ini dan kita maksimalkan, dikebut agar lebih cepat selesai, target kita selesai 24 Juli” tambahnya.

Sementara ini Tirta Asasta menghimbau bagi para pelanggan terdampak yang membutuhkan pasokan air dapat menghubungi kami untuk kemudian akan dibantu melalui pengiriman mobil tangki air bersih.
